Craig is an innovative and results-driven leader offering 20+ years experience shaping customer-centric, multichannel marketing and analytics.
Craig started his professional career in the banking industry, working for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and Bank of America. Bank of America sponsored his enrollment and attendance of an Executive MBA program from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
Upon completing his MBA, Craig joined Harrah’s Entertainment as the Director of Direct Marketing, where he gained marketing expertise managing their world renowned Total Rewards Program for several casino properties.
Craig’s career in pharmaceuticals began in marketing strategy and analytics at Bristol-Myers Squibb and has more recently focused on marketing operations and execution. Craig has been with Sanofi since March of 2017, where he partners with BU, Brand, and Medical leads to ensure that Sanofi leverages its multichannel capabilities to drive the greatest impact for all US businesses and continue to push the envelope towards innovative, efficient, and effective techniques that reflect market dynamics.
