Matt founded MotiveX in 2015 because of his passion for behavioral science and the sheer lack of industry solutions that drive sustainable behavior change, employee engagement, and workplace alignment.
Prior to founding MotiveX, Matt was a top producer in the enterprise engagement industry. Matt’s expertise in partnering with his clients’ consisted of strategy and execution for product launch training, internal communications, and cultural transformation initiatives. Matt’s clients consisted of F500 companies such as GSK, Teva, Merck, Pfizer, Shire, Endo, AmerisourceBergen, Jefferson Health System, and DuPont. Matt has his BA in Management from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Penn State University.
